What is Dirty House Font?
Dirty House Font is the combination of typeface and other qualities, such as size, pitch, and spacing. The font also includes such characteristics as size, weight, italics, and so on. A font is a set of printable or displayable text characters in a specific style and size. The type design for a set of fonts is the typeface and variations of this design form the typeface family. For example, one font may be Arial 10 pt bold, while another font may be Times New Roman 12 pt italic. Most word processing programs have a Font menu that allows you to choose the typeface, size, and style of the text. In order to use a font, you must have it installed on your computer. Windows provides access to fonts using the Fonts control panel.
What is typeface?
The typeface represents one aspect of a font. Popular typefaces include Times Roman, Helvetica, and Courier. A typeface usually comprises an alphabet of letters, numerals, and punctuation marks; it may also include ideograms and symbols, or consist entirely of them, for example, mathematical or map-making symbols. The size of typefaces and fonts is traditionally measured in points;[ There are two general categories of typefaces: serif and sans serif. Sans serif typefaces are composed of simple lines, whereas serif typefaces use small decorative marks to embellish characters and make them easier to read. Helvetica is a sans serif type and Times Roman is a serif type.
Installation of Dirty House font
To install a font, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. Type the following command, and then click OK:

3. On the File menu, click Install New Font.
4. In the Drives box, click the drive that contains the font that you want to add.
Note : The floppy disk drive is typically drive A or drive B. The CD drive is typically drive D.
5. In the Folders box, click the folder that contains the font that you want to add, and then click OK.
6. In the List of fonts box, click the font that you want to add. To select more than one font at a time, press and hold the CTRL key while you select each font.
7. Click to select the Copy Fonts To Fonts Folder check box. The new font is saved in the Windows\Fonts folder.
8. Click OK.
